Gabrielle wuchs in Sayville, Long Island, bei ihrer portugiesischen und griechischen Familie auf, lebt jetzt aber in New York. Gabrielle ist Schauspielerin, Sängerin und Tänzerin für Bühne und Film. Sie spielte die Hauptrolle im preisgekrönten Indie-Spielfilm „Skipping Stones“. Für ihre Leistung in diesem Film wurde sie beim "Accolade Global Film Competition" als "Best Actress in a Feature Film" ausgezeichnet. Gabrielle erwarb einen BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Drama an der "New York University's Tisch School of the Arts" und studierte sowohl am "The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute" und "Stonestreet Studios".
